It is also of historical and architectural significance as a substantially intact example of a mid-nineteenth century house in Queenscliff. It forms part of a cohesive group of early houses in this part of King Street, all of which were constructed by early Queenscliff pilots. The group is of particular interest for its contrast with the form of development seen at Pilots Row. |
