An unusually intensive development of a corner site, with two similar pairs of very early Boom brick houses, with parapets.
Their designs are similar : brick, double-fronted, symmetrical, built to the street boundaries and linked. There is a plain cornice and frieze, with a round centrepiece with capping mould, between piers. No.2 has ruled render and no.1 is brick. No.2 has a leadlight fanlight.It lacks urns to centrepieces and no.1 lacks end urns (bases exist) and leadlight fanlight. Brickwork and render is all painted.
