The guest room/study is spacious at 16sqm and is equipped with a 140 x 200cm bed, high quality mattress, a an amazing walnut desk, walnut book shelf and 2 chairs that can be added to the living room table in case you have more guests over.

There are two full bathrooms. One with a bathtub and in-tub shower and one with a shower.

The entire apartment, including the bathrooms has floor heating which is adjustable separately for every room. The apartment is equipped with Hue lights in every room, which can be dimmed and turned on and off remotely or via Alexa/Siri (we are not leaving any listening devices in the apartment, so bring your own assistant :)
