Because of a trip, I’m renting my beautiful two-room apartment in Planegg for 3 months (October 2017 - January, 2018). The flat is rather big (74 sq.m) with big living room, comfortable bedroom (approx 20 sq.m), equipped kitchen, huge and cozy balcony/terrace, and large bathroom. It’s very bright and light with a nice view to the green. It’s fully equipped with all necessary furniture for kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and working place.
It’s perfect for a single person or a small family, especially when you are in a transition period and need time and space before finding a permanent house.

Location: Planegg has a great location between city and Starnberger lake. With S-Bahn, it’s approx 15-20 minutes to the city center and nearly the same distance to go to the lake. It’s also still Munich “Innerraum” in terms of public transportation.
From flat, it’s approx. 8 walking minutes till S-Bahn station "Planegg" (there is also a bus directly from the apartment to the station if you are lazy to walk).
If you are by car it’s also plenty of parking places around.
