Individually furnished apartment, very bright and spacious, ideal for 2-4 people. Lots of original features in a very good condition, although the space is equipped very modern and comfortable. The kitchen comes with everything you need, including a dishwasher.

Vis-à-vis to the kitchen is a dining area with a fireplace.

The current living room can host 2 further guests on a sleeping couch.

Towels and bed sheets can be provided.

The bathroom is quite chic and offers a rainshower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

In addition, there is a comfortable bedroom with double bed, writing desk and lots of wardrobe space.

An additional room can be used as a study or a guest room.

A highlight are the 3 balconies which allow you to spend lots of time outside and enjoy the summer in Berlin. There is a lovely garden to the back. Sitting on the balcony you really feel far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment is located in one of the prime areas of Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
While we are at a quiet part of the street, everything is on your door step: restaurants, coffee places, bars, small shops and supermarkets. It is a lovely area with lots of green and lots going on. If you do not want to go around by bike, public transport is easy to catch. The Tram and Underground are just around the corner.
