Ich möchte gerne meine schöne Wohnung bei Mauerpark ab sofort vermieten. Ab heute bis 28.2. können wir es untervermieten und ab 28.2. bin ich nicht mehr im Vertrag. Idealerweise möchte ich gerne einen Nachmieter finden, der dann den Vertrag übernimmt (alles geht offiziell über Hausverwaltung). /My lovely flat by Mauerpark is available from tonight on! Die Wohnung ist schön, klein und sehr praktisch! Schönauer Alle ist die Station und da ist auch ein Aldi direkt in der Nähe. Auch voll möbliert und ich möchte gerne auch die Möbel für 1400 Eur weiter verkaufen. /The flat is beautiful, small and very practical!
