Coombe Lodge is aesthetically significant as a fine example of a substantial mid-Victorian rendered brick house in Queenscliffe, which is reasonably intact. It has local importance historically for its lengthy association with the members of the medical profession in Queenscliff, who resided there, and George Admans, owner of both the Ozone and Vue Grand Hotels, who also occupied the house at one time. |
