This former dairy complex has a high degree of integrity and includes a weatherboard residence built in Federation style, an outbuilding and a domed concrete well. It is of historic significance to the local Wallington community. This former dairy complex represents the smallscale agricultural farming activity of the Wallington area, especially the dairying industry. The place operated as a dairy until 1957-58 and has a small brick outbuilding in which the separator was located and a well. It is of LOCAL cultural significance. |
