These qualities include the hipped and gabled roof forms clad in corrugated steel, the hipped roof extending to form the hipped verandah roof, the exposed rafters at the eaves, the double, square timber verandah posts, the paired casement timber windows with transom lights, the front door with sidelights, transom light and decorative timber screen door and the brick chimney with corbelled brick banding.
