Built in 1914 by the carpenter, Charles Dudderidge, it appears to be in good condition when viewed from the street. The house at 210 Myers Street is architecturally significant at a LOCAL level. It demonstrates original design qualities of the Edwardian style. These qualities include the recessed hipped roof form, together with the projecting verandah gable and flanking hipped verandahs. Other intact or appropriate qualities include the symmetrical composition, single storey height, horizontal weatherboard wall cladding, galvanised corrugated steel roof cladding, two unpainted brick chimneys with white-rendered bands, projecting cappings and terra cotta pots, modest eaves with exposed timber rafters, timber verandah columns, timber verandah fretwork valances and timber brackets including the arched fretwork valance under the projecting gable and at the ends of the flanking hipped verandahs, projecting rectangular bay of timber framed casements with leadlighted highlights, other timber framed double hung windows, timber framed doorway with panelled timber door and sidelights and highlights, and the decorative gable infill (timber brackets, timber shingling and battening and panelling). The house at 210 Myers Street is historically significant at a LOCAL level. It is associated with residential developments in Geelong during the Edwardian (c.1890-1915) period. In particular, this house has associations with the carpenter and original owner, Charles Dudderidge from 1914. Overall, the house at 210 Myers Street is of LOCAL significance.
