Other intact or appropriate qualities include the brick chimney with the project top, narrow eaves with paired timber brackets, paterae and panelling, single storey height, horizontal timber weatherboard wall cladding, galvanised corrugated iron roof cladding, symmetrical composition to the front facade with the central timber framed doorway having sidelights and highlights and the flanking timber framed double hung tripartite windows, turned timber verandah columns, and the decorative cast iron verandah valances and brackets.
