| B Listed - Regional Significance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE Historically, little is known of the Stephens family, but the house is a well-preserved example of an era when this part of Geelong was undergoing significant expansion. Architecturally, a distinctive design in the Federation Bungalow manner, which is a major contributor to an important detached Edwardian villa precinct.
